• Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for size 3832 cottage lower sash.
  
• Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 3432, 3832, 21032 cottage lower sash, 3032 cottage lower sash, 3432 cottage lower sash, 34310 cottage upper sash, 3832 cottage lower sash and 38310 cottage upper sash.
• This is a block and tackle balancer with a tab.
• Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
• There are separate sash balancers for the upper and lower sash.
• When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
• Andersen made changes to the balance design in November 2016. When replacing balances on windows before 2016 you'll need to order two.
