- Works with Primed Wood Flexivent and Beauty-Line Awning Windows manufactured June 1959 to October 1981.
- Used with Amerock Roto-Lock short arm and long arm operators.
- The shoe slides onto the sash rod and clips to the end of the operator arm.
- Sold as a pair (one left and one right).
