Andersen Head Hinge LH Corrosion Resistant Finish (1966 to Present)

Andersen Head Hinge (Left Hand) with Corrosion Resistant Finish
Works with (All) Perma-Shield Casement and Awning Windows manufactured from 1966 to Present.
This head hinge is for a left hand unit. From outside of your home and looking at the window the hinge will be located on the left side at the top of the window. For hinge replacement instructions view the "Size Guide & Instructions" section.

Casement Windows ONLY:

• If your left hand head hinge is an older style and does not look like the hinge that is pictured, then you will also need to purchase the left hand sill hinge for the hinges to work properly. The left hand sill hinge part number is 1361465 for standard size units or 1361471 for egress size units. Egress size is normally used in bedrooms and allows for a larger opening to meet egress code.

Awning Windows ONLY:

• If your left hand head hinge is an older style and does not look like the hinge that is pictured, then you will also need to purchase the right hand head hinge for the hinges to work properly. The right hand part number is 1361466.
• When replacing an old style awning hinges with a newer style refer to the Awning Hinge Conversion Guide located in the Size Guide & Instructions section.

Note: Corrosion Resistant Hinges are for areas near the ocean or other environments where extra protection is needed.
