The Handi-Foil 4040-45 aluminum 4 lb. oblong container is disposable, has a curled rim, and can be used to hold and serve food. Aluminum foil containers hold in heat, can serve as a moisture and oxygen barrier for freshness, and can be recycled. The curled rim provides rigidity and can be folded over the edge of a lid to secure it (lid sold separately). The top of the pan measures 12-1/8 x 8-1/8 inches on the outside (L x W) and 11-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches on the inside. (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The bottom measures 11 x 7 inches.
