Andersen 100 Series Sash Balance Number 710

• Works with Andersen 100 Series Single Hung Fibrex windows manufactured from 2008 to present.
• Every balancer has the number stamped on the edge - please see in image gallery.
• We highly recommend replacing both balancers even if only one is not operating properly.
• These balancers allow free and easy vertical movement of the lower active single hung sash.
• To visibly see the balancer you need to remove the lower active sash.

Note: Balancers have length and counter-balance information stamped on face. The first one or two digits identify the approximate length and the second two digits identify a weight range (ie a 2050 balancer number is 20 inches long and a pair will counterbalance 50 pounds. See PD 228). *Balancers marked as N/A use next longer length (ie SH710 uses SH 810. SH 910 uses SH 1010). Unit heights between 23.50 and 25.75 will use 8 inch balancers. Unit heights between 25.875 and 27.75 will use 10 inch balancers. Replace both balancers.
